In a world where there are billions of social media accounts across a myriad of platforms, it is hard to know which are safe and credible.
Well, have no fear, over the year's we have created a list of our favourites, and thought it would be fun to share them with you! Keep in mind, these are just a few of our favourite accounts, and they are not listed in any particular order. If you work in the trucking industry, you have likely heard of this health-conscious organization, through their Healthy Fleet Challenge, speaking engagements, or their Thank a Trucker programs.
Healthy Trucker is a health and wellness solution designed specifically for the trucking industry. They provide wellness resources, education, and challenges to drivers, Owner Operators, and office staff across the industry.
We love following Healthy Trucker online because of their constant influx of original and educational content, specifically those written and produced by nutritionist Andrea Morely. Don’t let the name fool you – many of their healthy practices can be incorporated in to any lifestyle, and not just that of a trucker. 2. MindWell
MindWell is a mental health training and wellbeing platform that equips people, teams, and organizations with the tools to perform at their best. If you like learning new ways to relax, eat healthier, and care for your mental and physical health, this one's for you!
We were fortunate enough to have Dr. Geoff Soloway, the founder of Mindwell, present at the 2020 Fitness for Duty Summit. After a year of following them on social media, it felt like a no-brainer to include them in this list.

Need an online bestie in the trucking industry? Meet Shelley Uvanile-Hesch the CEO of WTFC!
