At DriverCheck we take immense pride in being a long-time partner of The Special Olympics Truck Ride Ontario, an event that perfectly embodies the spirit of community, inclusivity and joy. This year’s event was nothing short of amazing, the trucking community and Olympians came together to create unforgettable memories and raise funds for a great cause.

The Truck Ride is no ordinary convoy - it’s an exciting journey that starts in Paris, Ontario, and ends in Woodstock, Ontario. Each driver is paired with a Special Olympian, who rides along, sharing stories, laughter, and a shared sense of adventure. This unique partnership between drivers and Olympians symbolizes the unity and support that define the Special Olympics.

Upon returning from the convoy, participants were treated to a celebratory lunch, filled with celebration and recognition. The atmosphere was full of excitement of as drivers, athletes and supporters had to celebrate, eat, and bid on some amazing auction items, all in the name of charity.

This year, the event raised an incredible $110,000 for the Special Olympics!

The Truck Ride is more than just a fundraiser; it's a celebration of courage, determination, and the power of community. We are already looking forward to next year’s convoy and the chance to once again support these incredible Olympians.
