Designate DriverCheck as Your Clearinghouse TPA

If you wish for DriverCheck to manage the work of the Clearinghouse on your behalf, you will need to designate us on the Clearinghouse website, and check the three following options below:

  • Report Violations

  • Report RTD Information

  • Conduct Queries

If you designate DriverCheck as your TPA in the Clearinghouse website, this means that you want us to manage your Clearinghouse program. By doing so, it will alleviate the burden on your organization while we ensure that you are in compliance with the program, and keep you informed of the entire process.

If you are unsure if you would like to designate DriverCheck and are considering managing your own Clearinghouse program, please give us a call to discuss.

You are also required to register within eManda to have DriverCheck provide Clearinghouse services for your company. Our registration portal is now live and can be found on eManda. This service will only be accessible on Desktop (not through mobile) and eManda Beta Version. It will not be assessible on Classic eManda.

DriverCheck fees will be visible in our registration portal and will be estimated by the number of active drivers your company has at the time of registration.
