ClientView 2.0 Beta Phase Ending

Dear Valued Client,
 

Back in April 2019, we launched eManda ClientView 2.0 Beta. Until now, clients have had the option to opt-out of the new experience and continue using the classic version of eManda ClientView.
 
On July 22, 2020 eManda ClientView Classic will officially be phased out. As you may have noticed, eManda ClientView 2.0 is now the default platform for all clients logging onto eManda.
 
If you wish to continue to use eManda ClientView Classic, you may do so only until July 22, 2020 by accessing https://classic.emanda.ca/ manually.
 
We understand that change can be hard but we encourage you to try the new eManda platform as we know you'll be impressed!

Let our Client Support team take you on an online tour of eManda ClientView 2.0. This video tour will walk you through the new look, feel, and user enhancements that are now available. It also provides a way of showing the benefits of using eManda to others in your organization. Learn how to view all notifications on your account, manage your participant list, select an alternate for random tests, access all test results, how to request, or cancel an appointment online and more.
